| Seachests and toychests are a nautical tradition. Wooden sea chests date from the mariners of "Moby Dick" through the British and French Navy, later to the U.S. Navy. The crafted wood box was used by sailors and officers to store their gear aboard ship. Cottage Furniture, Ltd. has adapted and personalized these custom wooden sea chests for decorative and storage use as toy chests and dower or wedding chests, as well as corporate recognition awards. |

finished using modern joinery techniques. Chests are shipped via
UPS within two to three weeks after orders are received.
